At Affiliate Kit, we strive to provide the best automation tools for our users. We offer a Free Trial to let you experience the full capabilities of our platform before committing to a paid subscription.

1. No Refunds for Digital Services

Because our service is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, and we offer a completely free trial to test the features, all payments made for subscriptions are final and non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods or if you decide to stop using the service before your current subscription expires.

2. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time. To cancel, please contact our support team or manage your billing settings in the dashboard.

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current paid billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free plan limits or be restricted.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Exceptions to this policy may be made solely at the discretion of the Affiliate Kit management team in cases of:

• Major technical failures preventing the software from functioning as advertised for an extended period.
• Accidental duplicate charges caused by a system error on our end.

If you believe you qualify for an exception, you must contact our support team within 3 days of the charge.
