Getting started

First-time setup — do these once, then post deals daily from Convert & Poster or a converter bot.

1. Create account → open My Subscription → pay UPI → upload screenshot + UTR → wait for admin approval.
2. Add Amazon / Flipkart / Myntra tags in Affiliate IDs.
3. Connect Telegram and/or WhatsApp.
4. Turn ON destinations in Post Destinations (Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.).
5. Post a test deal from Convert & Poster or Converter Bots.

Plans & billing

Every convert/post feature needs an active plan. Plan limits control Telegram channels, WhatsApp groups, Bitly tokens, and premium tools (Bridge, Personal Bot, Blogger, etc.).

1. Open My Subscription → pick a plan → pay via UPI.
2. Upload payment screenshot + UTR on the same page.
3. Admin approves → plan shows active with end date on dashboard.
4. Renew before expiry — expired plans block convert/post but you can still browse settings.

Affiliate IDs

Without saved tags, links stay normal — you earn nothing. Save IDs once; every convert uses them automatically.

• Amazon — Associates tracking ID (tag=yourname-21).
• Flipkart / Shopsy — Affiliate ID (affid=).
• Myntra — affiliate_id.

1. Open Affiliate IDs → enter each store tag → Save.
2. Convert one sample link in Convert & Poster.
3. Open the converted URL — confirm your ID is in the query string.

Other domains → Custom Store.

Telegram channels

1. Telegram → @BotFather → /newbot → copy HTTP API token.
2. Add bot as admin in channel/group with Post Messages permission.
3. Telegram Channels → paste token + chat ID or @username → Save.
4. Enable Telegram in Post Destinations.

WhatsApp groups

1. Open WhatsApp Groups.
2. Phone → WhatsApp → Linked devices → Link a device → scan QR on screen.
3. Wait for Connected → Refresh List.
4. Turn ON groups that should receive deals → Save.

Convert & Poster

Paste a deal → links become yours → share to selected platforms in one click.

1. Paste deal text with product URLs (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopsy, custom stores).
2. Click Convert — unsupported links are skipped; duplicates may be blocked.
3. Tick WhatsApp / Telegram / WordPress / Blogger / Facebook / Twitter.
4. Click Share — history saved in Link History.

Filters, replacers, watermark, shortener, DND, and AI rewrite (if enabled) apply automatically.

Post scheduler

1. Post Scheduler → paste deal content.
2. Pick date & time (India timezone).
3. Select platforms → Save job.
4. At run time links convert with tags active then — keep WhatsApp/Telegram connected.

Link history

Every converted/posted deal is logged here with store name and which platforms received it.

• Check if a deal already went to WhatsApp or Telegram.
• See whether posting failed on one platform but succeeded on another.
• Useful for duplicate tracking alongside bot duplicate settings.

Converter bots

Post from Telegram without opening the website. All converter bots work the same way — pick any free bot if one is busy.

1. Open bot in Telegram → Start.
2. Send /login → enter dashboard email + password.
3. Send any deal message (text + image) — bot converts and posts to enabled destinations.

Personal bot

Your own private @BotFather bot — only you use it. Plan must include Personal Bot.

1. Create bot with @BotFather → copy token.
2. Personal Bot → paste token → choose Convert or Direct Share.
3. Destinations still come from Post Destinations.

Post behavior

Controls how bots and Convert format deals: headers, footers, DND, duplicates, bundling, templates.

• DND hours — block posts during set hours (India time).
• Duplicate interval — skip same product/deal posted recently.
• Header / footer — fixed text added to every post.
• Clean template — structured layout with [TITLE], [PRICE], [LINK] placeholders.
• Bundling — combine multiple items into fewer messages.

Open Post Behavior → adjust → Save.

Post destinations

Default ON/OFF for each platform when bots or Convert share deals.

1. Open Post Destinations.
2. Toggle Telegram, WhatsApp, WordPress, Blogger, Facebook, Twitter/X.
3. Save — converter bots and Convert & Poster respect these defaults.

TG Auto Forwarder

Copy only — does not convert affiliate links. Plan must include Auto Forwarder.

1. TG Auto Forwarder → login with Telegram account that sees source chat.
2. Pick source chat + one or more destinations → Save rule.

To convert links while moving deals, use a Converter Bot in the source chat, or WA ↔ TG Bridge with Convert ON.

WA ↔ TG Bridge

Move deals between WhatsApp and Telegram with optional affiliate conversion. Plan must include Bridge.

1. Connect WhatsApp (QR) + sync groups.
2. For TG→WA: login Telethon on TG Auto Forwarder page.
3. Add Telegram channels under Telegram settings.
4. WA ↔ TG Bridge → direction, source, destinations, Convert ON/OFF → Save.

Filters

Block or allow deals before they post. Applies to Convert & Poster and converter bots.

• Keyword blacklist — skip if message contains word (e.g. adult, gambling).
• Keyword whitelist — if not empty, only matching deals pass (e.g. loot, flash).
• Store blacklist — block domains (e.g. unwanted store).
• Store whitelist — only allow listed domains.

Replacers

Find-and-replace on message text or URLs before posting.

• Message replacer — swap text (remove rival channel names, add your footer).
• URL replacer — replace domains or tracking params in links.

Find: @OtherChannel
Replace: @YourChannel

WordPress

1. Plan must include WordPress posting.
2. WP Admin → Users → Profile → Application Passwords → create one.
3. WordPress Sites → site URL, username, app password.
4. Enable WordPress in Post Destinations or tick in Convert & Poster.

Optional: Amazon PA-API fills title, price, bullets in posts.

Blogger

1. Copy Blog ID from Blogger → Settings → Basic.
2. Google Cloud → enable Blogger API v3 → OAuth client (Web).
3. OAuth Playground → scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/blogger → refresh token.
4. Blogger → save Blog ID + OAuth credentials.
5. Enable Blogger in Post Destinations → test post.

Facebook Page

Pages only — personal timeline is not supported.

1. Meta Developer app → Page Access Token with pages_manage_posts.
2. Extend to long-lived Page token.
3. Facebook Page → Page ID + token → Test Post.
4. Enable in Post Destinations.

Twitter / X

1. X Developer Portal → app with Read + Write.
2. Copy API Key, Secret, Access Token, Access Token Secret.
3. Twitter / X → save → Test Post.
4. Enable in Post Destinations. Captions auto-trim to character limit.

Pair with AI rewrite (short prompt) for X-friendly captions.

AI rewrite (BYOK)

Optional: clean up deal text before posting. Uses your own OpenAI or Gemini API key — you pay the provider directly.

When AI runs

• Convert & Poster — after links convert, before posting.
• Chrome Extension — Convert + Post.
• Converter bots do not use AI yet.

Setup (3 steps)

1. Open AI Settings → turn on Enable AI rewrite.
2. Paste your API key (OpenAI or Gemini) → pick a rewrite style → Save.
3. Test in Convert & Poster: paste a deal → Convert → check the caption.

Rewrite styles (pick one)

• Clean up & shorten — recommended for daily deals.
• Light cleanup — keeps your wording, fixes messy text.
• Extra short — tight caption for Twitter/X.

If AI fails

Original converted text is posted unchanged. Check API key balance and that AI is enabled.

Post templates

Structured deal layout in Post Behavior → enable Clean Template.

Link shorteners

1. Add Bitly tokens in Bitly settings or YOURLS API in YOURLS settings.
2. Global Shortener → pick None / Bitly / YOURLS.
3. All converts use the global choice. If shortening fails, full affiliate URL is still posted.

Chrome Extension

1. Chrome Extension → Download ZIP → extract folder.
2. Generate API token → copy once.
3. Chrome → Extensions → Developer mode → Load unpacked → select chrome_extension folder.
4. Extension Options → paste token, Base URL https://affiliatekit.in, pick platforms → Save.
5. Right-click selected text → Convert or Convert + Post.

Watermark

Add your channel name or logo on deal images generated by Convert & Poster.

1. Watermark Manager → upload logo or set text.
2. Enable watermark → post from Convert & Poster with images.

Custom store

Convert links from stores not built-in (Ajio, Meesho, your own site).

1. Custom Store → add domain + affiliate parameter name.
2. Save affiliate tag in Affiliate IDs for that store.
3. Convert a sample URL to verify your ID is appended.

Amazon PA-API

Fetches title, price, image for richer WordPress posts and templates.

1. Amazon Associates → Product Advertising API → create access keys.
2. Amazon PA-API → Access Key, Secret, Associate tag, region.
3. Requires approved Associates account with API access.
